Custom One-on-One Coaching:

This program is custom-fit for you, depending on the time you are willing to invest versus the power of implementing strategies that work! We provide structure and clarity so you can have your business perform beyond your expectations! If you want to make the fastest and most long-lasting changes, this is the program for you. In our personalized programs, you will meet with your coach on a regular basis, usually for 12 months or more, but for as long or as short as you deam necessary. There are various programs for various investments of time, meeting for 1 or 1 1/2 hours, either 4 times a month, 3, or 2. Early on, your coach will work with you doing assessments and evaluations in order to help set your business goals and objectives. We will work with you and your goals to provide strategies and solutions to the challenges you face and create a structure of accountability to help you succeed in every area of your business. One on One coaching programs are custom-designed for you based on where you are and what your personal and business objectives are. Then, you will work together implementing time-tested, powerful business strategies that will make your successful business even better, and will meet and exceed all your objectives and expectations!

Group Coaching

Business Group Coaching: A group of non-competing businesses or requests for certain industries meet for a specific topic, or for a series of topics.

Business Bootcamp Series

:
This program is designed for business owners who are not necessarily challenged by accountability, but rather would like to learn. It is a 13 session program that meets either once per week or twice per month in a "workshop" format. You will go through exercises and begin to design systems for your entire business structure, similar to a business plan, but more dynamic and workable. Topics include systems for strategic planning, marketing, leadership, sales, customer service, human resources and financial management. It is VERY affordable and is a great starting point if you have never worked with a coach before.

Business Building Mastermind Group

This is an amazingly dynamic group put together and facilitated by a Thrive Business Coach with 4 - 8 non-competing business owners, in a completely confidential setting. You'll be amazed at what can be accomplished!
One of the commonalities found among many great business leaders is that they employ what is termed to be a “mastermind group.” If you combine a group of intelligent people who are working together for the same purpose – then the power of their brains collectively FAR outweighs the power of those same brains working alone! This is because your ideas – once bounced off of each other – produce ideas on TOP of ideas – as well as ideas for implementing actions to these ideas! An amazing group that meets once or twice per month for 2 hours in a Roundtable format.

Assessments and Evaluations

DISC Behaviorial Assessments - Thrive Business Strategies has assessments for understanding the personal behavioral styles of you and your employees. This is very powerful information, because it will help you to understand yourself and others better, and thus communicate more effectively. This allows you to grow personally and to lead and manage your employees better. This will enable you to hire better, train more effectively and eliminate conflict in the workplace.

Business Effectiveness Evaluation - In addition to the personal evaluations, we also offer business evaluations that enable you to recognize those areas which are easiest to improve. These evaluations are very affordable, and are also a great place to get started.
