Cindy Piva
B. Comm, CPLD, CPMBC
Cindy Piva is the owner and founder of Thrive Business Strategies (established in 2009). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC (B Comm), a Master Business Coach Designation (Certified Professional Master Business Coach), and is a Certified Professional for Leadership development (CPLD). Cindy is a founding member of the Global Alliance for Professional Leadership Development (GAPLD). She also holds many other certifications in Business Operating Systems (PBCA BOS), Guerrilla Marketing, Everything DiSC, Extended Disc, and Leadership.
With over three decades of entrepreneurial experience, Cindy previously owned and operated Pineridge Golf Course, overseeing it’s development, construction, management and leadership for more than 20 years.
After selling Pineridge, Cindy pursued advanced training through the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA, an esteemed organization known for its high standards in business and leadership coaching, and has been a successful Business coach at Thrive for more than 15 years. As an experienced Business Coach, Cindy collaborates with business owners, CEOs, and leaders to help them clarify their goals, align their values, optimize their operations, strategically plan for growth, enhance leadership skills, and implement tailored best practices to drive success.
Cindy’s dedication and expertise have been recognized with accolades such as “Coach of the Year – Western Region” award from the North America PBCA, as well as being a two-time finalist for the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards in the category of “Service Provider 1-10”. Thrive has also been recognized three times as the Reader’s Choice Award Winner for “Business Coach and Consulting Service”.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Cindy is deeply committed to community service. She serves as the current President of the Kamloops and District Chamber of Commerce, a Director on the board of the Kamloops Hospice Association, and has held many leadership roles in Rotary and is a past president of Kamloops West Rotary, Learning Leader at Rotary’s President Elect Training Seminar (training over 2000 Presidents Elect), and District Trainer for Rotary District 5060. She has been honoured with the Rotarian of the Year and President’s Award from her club as well as the District Governor’s Citation for Distinguished Service Award from the district.
In her leisure time, Cindy enjoys traveling, curling, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, and cherishing moments with her husband and family.

Anna Harrison is a seasoned entrepreneur with a wealth of business experience spanning over 35 years in business. After successfully selling her business of 32 years Anna transitioned her passion to business and leadership coaching where she collaborates with business owners, nonprofits, and leaders to help them reach new heights in both their professional and personal life.
Certified by the Professional Business Coaches Association (PBCA) and a founding member of the Global Alliance for Professional Development (GAPLD), Anna’s passion is in strategic planning, leadership development, business growth, implementing systems, and providing the skills and tools to cultivate a thriving sustainable organization.
Anna is deeply rooted in her community, dedicating her time and energy to various volunteer roles. From serving as the President of the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce to spearheading initiatives with the Downtown Business Association. She is also an integral part of the Marketplace Leaders Leadership team, Motion Church Leadership team, and Rotary where her contributions have been multifaceted including roles as Club President, Assistant District Governor, and training leader where she facilitates leadership training for future presidents.
Anna’s impact doesn’t go unnoticed, she has received numerous awards both personally and professionally, some of which include PBCA Coach of the Year, Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year, Chamber of Commerce Businessperson of the Year finalist, Rotarian of the Year, Woman of the Year from the Business and Professional Women’s Association.
During her free time Anna loves to spend quality time with her family and friends, travelling, and reading.
